Privacy policy

This policy explains what Olivencia Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects through olivencia.org, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and to run engagements, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address and message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam, and your browser’s user-agent string. We never store your IP address itself.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you become a client: your name, email address, and the amount and status of your payments from Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- When you visit the site: page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
To reply to you, to deliver and invoice engagements, to keep the records the law requires, and to keep the site secure and free of spam. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics.
- Neon stores messages sent through the contact form.
- Telegram delivers a notification of each new message to Gabriel, including your name, email address and the start of your message.
- Stripe processes payments. Its payment pages follow Stripe’s own privacy policy.
- Our email provider carries email between us.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and emails as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversations. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing gabriel@olivencia.org. We answer every request within 30 days, wherever you live.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t set cookies. We don’t track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
